Horseshoe Bay

The Horseshoe Bay development is being culminated by Merrick Architecture in partnership with Westbank to create a deep, holistic, and authentic natural welcome to the North Shore. Meant to compliment nature, the waterfront mega-project will encompass approximately 158 residential units and small commercial opportunities for marine/non-marine related businesses. The public space will exude a European Village “piazza” look and celebrate the Horseshoe Bay waterfront as a whole through a series of cottage-inspired 2-level townhomes.
